World Movement for a durable Culture of Peace and Non-Violence Although through his activity the World Organization of Talented Children and the Moldavian Federation of UNESCO Clubs have promoted all the time the Culture of Peace and Non-Violence, in the 2000 year officially entered in the World Movement of the Culture of Peace and Non-Violence, realising the original project"Le Petit Tour de l"Europe"
(a first stage of the program "Great Tour of Peace")in the Decade of the Culture of Peace
International Year for the Culture of Peace (2000) and is now
developing in
the framework of the International Decade for a Culture of Peace and
Non-violence for the Children of the World (2001-2010). Its purpose is to create a "grand alliance" of existing movements that unites all those already working for a culture of peace.
A great importance is the implementing this movement here, in Moldova, where anytime are ready to start new conflicts.

A second stopped on the stairs of the National Palace, where took place the Official Opening of Talented Children World Forum and the International Festival-Contest "Little Prince".
Alexandr Baycev, winner of the Great Prize at the 8th edition of the International Festival "Little Prince" Alexandr Baycev (Dobrici,Bulgaria) and Irina Costin (Balti, Moldova) are the prince and the princess of the 8th edition of International Festival-Contest "Little Prince". Here the Alexander's opinion: " I think it's a big victory of mine as a professional artist, and may be the highest step a personality want to come on - Great Prize at a prestigeous International Festival-Contest, specially at the edition taken under the highest patronage of Mr. Walter Schwimmer, General Secretary of Council of Europe. This make me to be more active as volunteer at WOTC-Bulgaria, as a leader of the First Council of Europe Club from Bulgaria.

The moment of good-bye is the sadest moment... Only the pictures remind us of those moments International Festival-Contest is an original way of collaboration and expertise change between different NGO-s, between the volunteers from several countries, between the Civil Society personalities, a progressive shape of collaboration between cultures and peoples. Til now have participated at the International Festival-Contes Little Prince over 50000 active persons from 25 countries from all the cotinents. At local level - only in Bacay county in 4 years have participated over 60000 participants. The same number of participants participated at local editions from Republic of Moldova. In each house with children the International Festival Little Prince is wellknown.
