Council of Europe Clubs are already activating with results
In the framework of the program Talented Children World Forum developed in Chisinau, Moldova between 29 May - 3 June 2002, also took place the First Assembly of the First Council of Europe Clubs leaders. For the teenagers involved in the volunteer work was very important to define as better as it gets the activity directions for clubs activiy.
A big part of the debates has confrunted with the clubs financial basis problem. Because this beautiful name - Council of Europe Club gives the impression for some people that the Council of Europe finances big funds. For this reason for any activity of the teenagers they request fabulous sums for office, halls and stages etc. This attitude from some officials stops the clubs activity. But any begining is hard.

Was leaved the impression that the most beautiful and talented European children attended
Through this very important event developed in this area were touched several objectives, such is:
1.A very nice publicity to Council of Europe and to General Secretary was done,
2. Was de facto realised a succesful collaboration between the young generation from Europe or CSI and the international forums, for example Council of Europe and UNESCO,
3. Was acomplished a new step of the Educational Politic through art and culture, done by WOTC in his activity,
4. Was oversteptes the shame situation in the relations between youth of different nations, a very big step of the minority politic(16 nations participated)
5. With equal rights participated the refugies children.

Why the Moldavian ministers are crying.
The 3rd day after the big event of the Culture of Peace, of Civil Society personalities, Mrs. Renata Verejanu, President of the World Organization of Talented Children and the president of the Moldovian Federation of UNESCO Clubs was reached by the phone. It was a Minister:
- Mrs. Verejanu, I have been looking for you for 3 days, said the Minister. I want to tell you that I was at the official opening of the International Festival-Contest Little Prince... Such an show didn't was in Moldova. I was so excited that I even cryied. Next to me was sitting the Chineese Ambassador, parliamentars... we all was excited...it was something exceptional... So talents, so proffessionalism... How much work you have done?... I didn't never imagined that an NGO can launch such a project...

The project was appreciated by the particicpants and beneficiaries, by organizers and partners, guests and sponsors, friends and enemies with the calificative "very well!"
